Design Characteristics
This is a screenshot of the flyer I made using Microsoft Publisher! I changed the text size so that it looks clearer! I also added a picture of the Grace's Cookies as the logo of the company because I can't find the logo for Grace's Cookies and I don't think there is one! I added a cookie picture as well as a picture of one of the bake sell in AIS so that it relates to the topic! I also added the addresses so that the buyer can know where to buy or who to contact! I also changed the color of some of the text so that it can attract the attention of my audience.

Project 1: The Multimedia Science Project
I just covered a chapter about making a multimedia presentation. I learned about many new things such as the audience, which is the people we aim to while doing the presentation and the purpose, which is the reason we make the presentation. For this presentation, I aim at middle school students and my purpose is to teach. I also learned that I should include many multimedia sources in my presentation such as images, videos and sounds to make the presentation interesting. In addition, I learned that my presentation should be consistent so that every looks like it is a part of the whole presentation and also that if there are too much changes for every slides then the presentation will be very messy and confusing. To make my presentation consistent, I used slide master to change the overall design of the presentation and I used Paint.NET to edit my images. I also used Window Movie Maker to edit my video and I downloaded my sounds from http://soundbible.com/.
These screen shots below are the things I did in my first 4 slides with my pictures and sounds in there:
The video below is the original video which I downloaded from YouTube:

I made many changes such as putting pictures, transitions for the video. If you watched the original video, it is very boring with all words and words! I also changed the background song into an energetic song so my audience can enjoy it more.
Below is my whole presentation, if you are interested, you can take a look at it! Note that after upload to http://www.slideshare.net/, there are a few changes because Slideshare can't read certain characters!

Editing Bitmap images
I cropped the image and then resized into 400 pixel because I want to focus more on the frog instead of the keeping all the unncecessary details outside.
I darken the image so that the image can show its calmness and peace! It looks so peaceful ;)
I red-eye removed the dog so the dog looks nicer and it isn't as fierce and scary!

The Clubs List! (Adult Version)
The changes I made from the Original Piece for Students are that I changed the fancy fonts into more formal fonts so that the presentation looks more professional. I also changed the cartoon duck that holds the banner which says "CLUBS" into a picture of a club that is actually going on. I also changed the color of the background so that it fits with the taste of the adults!

Know who you are communicating with online!
Knowing who you are communicating with a very crucial thing to do! When you know who he or she is, you can be able to know if it is good to give her your personal and private information. If you don't, bad things might happen to you. For example, if he or she you are making friends with is a identity theft? You would have to handle very bad consequences if your identity is stolen. The thief may use your information, go to the bank and make an account with the exact information of you. After that, he or she can spend lots and lots of things but you are going to pay for it! He or she can do many bad things or commit crime under your name and you will get into terrible troubles that you would not believe you would get in! He or she would even use your identity to make your life very miserable by insulting your friends or your teachers!
